Steven Tardanico


Steve began working at our agency in May 2010 as the Director of Client Advocacy and has been promoted to the Vice President of RSI, our claims administration business. Steve’s background is in training and development at Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Shield of MA, sales and marketing and claims management. He is a subject matter expert in health insurance contracts, tiered network health plans, high deductible medical plans, all dental plans and alternative funding options. Steve is formally trained in Underwriting principles and risk analysis. The account management / account advocate team and claims team at our agency report to Steve.

Steve has over 13 years experience with developing and managing account management teams. Steve previously worked at Blue Cross of MA as an Account Executive.

Ada Fitzgerald

Ada Fitzgerald

Ada joined our agency in February 2007. Ada supervises the claims administration team and also provides advocacy for our clients, their employees and dependents. Ada is a main interface with all insurance and claims reimbursement questions and from members, accounts, physician’s offices, labs, hospitals, billing agencies and any other entity affected by the deductible reimbursement portion of the medical plan. Ada has over 13 years of benefit and claims experience and has previously worked at Benemax.

Catie Yuen

Catie joined our agency in March 2012 and brings over 4 years administrative experience and 6 years customer service to her role. Catie assists the claims administrators by organizing and tracking the incoming claims, updating the on-line systems, processes weekly check runs, and handles all other administrative tasks. In addition, Catie will take on claims related ad-hoc projects.

Shamia joined our agency in December 2013. Mia assists the claims administrators by organizing and tracking the incoming claims, updating the on-line systems, processing weekly check runs and handles other claims related administrative tasks. Mia was trained in medical coding and has over 10 years in customer service.

Lynne Civitarese
COBRA Administrator

Lynne joined our agency in October 2013. Lynne is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to billing and collecting COBRA premiums for multiple lines of coverage. Lynne works directly with customers and vendors to set benefit plans directly into our systems for tracking. Lynne also handles the timely entry of participants into the COBRA application and assists in the preparation of the monthly reports.

Lynne has over 10 years customer service experience working at not for profit companies and insurance agencies.

Lizz Stumpek
Implementation Coordinator

Lizz joined our agency in December 2010. Lizz receives RFPs and provides proposals to prospective clients for our TPA services. Lizz collects the new business paperwork from incoming clients and coordinates the set up of the claims services. Lizz also creates and maintains marketing materials. In addition to these responisbilities, Lizz takes on administrative ad-hoc projects as needed.

Lizz is a graduate of Wheaton College and has had 10 years of experience in customer service and COBRA Administration. 

Maura Kelly
Senior Accountant

Maura.jpgMaura joined our firm in June 2013. Maura handles all of CBA's accounting tasks on a daily basis. Maura controls all expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and making all payments to staff, clients and vendors. In addition, Maura maintains all accounting ledgers by verifying and posting accounting transactions. Maura also collaborates with our lead accounting consultant on financial reporting.

Maura has over 30 years experience as an accountant and has spent the last 6 years working for profit and non-profit organizations recently in the education field. Maura resides in Plymouth, MA.
