Jed joined our agency in 2010 as a Client Advocate and is now the Vice President of Account Management to mentor the account managers with benefits consulting and expertise to assist them with their clients. In addition, Jed also develops relationships with strategic business partners. By positioning our firm’s strong value proposition, Jed is able to develop these key business relationships to grow the agency. Jed also brings extensive Medicare knowledge and expertise and enjoys helping clients navigate through this confusing time.
Jed is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Boston with a degree in Finance. After working in the Financial Services industry, Jed worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in both a service and sales capacity. Jed is an active supporter of Crossroads, Inc. in Duxbury, MA.

Michael brings over 12 years of financial and account management experience previously working for US Bank and another local employee benefits brokerage firm.
Michael is a graduate of Bentley College with a degree in Finance and has his Life & Health Insurance license in MA.

Sharon has been a client advocate for M. Bruce Paskowski since 2007. Sharon is responsible for the development and management of the internal operations of the business. She coordinates management projects and initiatives related to office management, client service, marketing and technology.
Sharon has more then 10 years of industry service and provides strong process improvement and organizational development skills. Sharon plays an integral role on the management team creating and implementing systems and service platforms to better accommodate clients.
Sharon has a BS in Business Education with a minor in Accounting from Salem State College.

Pam assists with benefit and billing issues on coverage and how plans works and also handles the renewal process for all Noreen's clients. After the renewal process, Pam organizes employee enrollment meetings and prepares mid-year review materials.
Pam has previously worked for John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company in the Medical Underwriting Department, and brings over 30 years experience to her role. Pam has her Life and Health Insurance license in MA.

Kris assists with claims, benefit and billing issues on coverage and how the plans work for our credible accounts. Kris also handles the renewal process for accounts over 50 employees.; this includes sending the RFP to the carriers, corresponding with theclient to get all necessary infornation, working with the carriers to get rate relief and requested plans, putting together the renewal presentation and atending meetings.
Kris is a graduate of Curry College and has over 12 years customer service and claims experience for when she worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
